Sweethearts Coming to the Cave On Eve of Little World 100

The ladies take over the Cave Speedway at 7:00 on Friday, February 11th when they compete in the Sweetheart Race. Following the ladies feature there will be open practice for all classes (late models, pure stocks, and sprints) to give drivers an opportunity to tune up for the biggest race of the season, the Little World 100, scheduled for Saturday, February 12th. Also on tap for Saturday is the Phil and Jerry's 600 for the pure stock class and a sprint car feature. Starting time for Saturday's events will be announced later.

Hottle Wins Nitemare




Tim Hottle turned the nitemare into a dream by winning the Nitemare 100 at the Cave Speedway Saturday, January 22nd. Hottle was also fast qualifier with a lap time of 2.61. Winner of Heat #1 - Tim Hottle. Winner of Heat #2 - Junior Cooper. C-Main winner was Kevin Sine. B-Main winner was Frenchy Bennington. Rick Williamson, Roger Woodward, and Brent Hottle also transferred from the B-Main into the Feature. Congratulations Tim!

CORRECTION TO SCHEDULE!

The Phil and Jerry's race has been rescheduled to be a part of the Little World 100 on February 12th and NOT the Nitemare as previously announced. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. The next scheduled race at The Cave is the Nitemare, Saturday, January 22nd. Racing action begins at 7:00. See you at "The Cave".

Sagi Claims Earl Grimm Memorial




The 8th Earl Grimm Memorial is officially in the books with a win for Alan Sagi who made the feature by winning the B-Main. Here is the official run down: Alan Sagi, 1st; Joe Shifflet, 2nd; Brian Massey, 3rd; Travis Clarke, 4th; Brent Hottle, 5th; and Paul Stump, 6th. Heat winners were Travis Clarke and Paul Stump. C-Main winner was Frenchy Bennington. Thanks to all the racers who came out to support this memorial race.

The next trophy race on tap for the Cave is the "Nitemare", January 22nd. See you at "The Cave".

Earl Grimm Memorial

The 8th Earl Grimm Memorial race for Late Models is scheduled for Saturday, January 8th at the Cave Speedway. There is a $5 entry fee; $13 to start and $32 to win. Racing action will begin at 7:00 P.M. See you at "The Cave".
