Tyler Williamson Bids for Repeat Championship

Tyler Williamson has been lurking in the shadows of Junior Cooper looking for that slip up of momentum for him to claim his status as points champion. Friday night may have been that moment. Mike Nail was leading throughout with Tyler and this year's hot shoe Junior in pursuit. Tyler kept inching as Mike's tires slowly went away and Tyler just nosed him at the checker.

In the Pure Stock Junior Cooper held off a strong field to claim that race.
