Tickets are now available for the "Rally Round Rick" fund-raiser scheduled for Saturday, April 28th. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door, and children five and under are free. RALLY ROUND RICK BENEFIT SCHEDULED

The family and friends of Rick are planning a fund-raiser dinner/silent auction/50-50 that we are calling "RALLY ROUND RICK" for Saturday, April 28th from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the South Warren Volunteer Fire Department located on Route 340 in Bentonville, Virginia. The dinner menu consists of roasted pork, beef roast, scalloped potatoes, green beans, tossed salad, rolls, various desserts, coffee, tea or water. We are currently accepting silent auction items for this event if any of you would like to donate. There will be advanced ticket sales as soon as all the details have been finalized. An account will also be established at Rick's local bank for those of you who are not able to attend the dinner and wish to make a monetary donation. Further information on that account will be posted in a few days. Update on Rick!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Rick has completed all his chemotherapy and radiation treatments. He met with his doctors this past Friday and they were all pleased with where he is at this time in his treatments. Further scans and tests will be performed on April 5th to see the progress that has been made and then surgery will be discussed, if needed. Rick and his family would like to thank EVERYONE for their phone calls, cards, words of encouragement, thoughts and prayers. As of now, Rick is very tired but will hopefully regain a little more strength each day. Thanks again for your continued support!
