Nail, Sagi Put The Hammer Down At The Cave

Mike Nail put an end to Budd Reitnauer's winning streak on Friday night by topping his first ever feature at The Cave Speedway. Starting the feature on the pole by winning the first heat, Nail staved off both a hard charging Reitnauer and a very determined Alan Sagi. The second heat would be stolen by the Maryland Outlaw Bobby Jones with the third and final heat going to Budd Reitnauer. Mike Parrill Sr outran the field in the D main to advance to the C only to be bested by Alan Sagi who would then go on to top the B main taking Tyler and Matt Williamson with him to the feature.Final Rundown L/M- 1st Mike Nail, 2nd Budd Ritenauer, 3rd Alan Sagi, 4th Tyler Williamson 5th Matt Williamson, 6th Bobby Jones.In the Pure Stock division, Alan Sagi got back to his winning ways by topping a very close feature that saw 6th place Brian Massey finish a mere 4 laps behind him.
